At the 2016 German Marketing Day in Leipzig, UNICBLUE demonstrated to the 1,300 congress delegates how live communication works as an effective component of the customer journey. The motto “Genuine love of a brand” and the harmonised key visual on the brand wall captured the interest of numerous marketing specialists. The incorporation of genuine brand experiences in live format (trade fairs, events, pop-up stores, showrooms etc.) as part of the media mix made a particular impression in conjunction with digital networking of the brand world across all media. Interactive, creative and lively settings in the brand look and feel combined with strategic digital networking on all communication channels impressed even the most sceptical of visitors. Many of the participants made their statement on brand love in the form of a photograph.
